What MTR bars are compatible?
TeamTablet Flex is compatible with Microsoft Teams Room certified MTR bars. We have verified compatibility with Logitech and Poly bars.
How often will the device be updated?
We release security patches and updates in a quarterly cadence, ensuring that your device is always protected against the latest threats. Application updates for bugfixes and new features will happen more frequently.
Is there an interface for IT administrators?
The TeamTablet Flex software will allow configuration and administration of the device to ensure safe and coordinated onboarding for businesses. Hardware configuration and controlling rollout of software updates are only some of the features that will be available.
Is the room board shareable with meeting participants?
Yes, the board is always shareable either by using a QR code or sending a link to the board. We also offer Teams integration where the board is automatically shared during the meeting. There is also the option to share the content on the TeamTablet through HDMI out.
Can I install applications from the Google Play Store or other third-party software?
By design, FlatFrog devices do not come pre-installed with the Google Play Store, Amazon App Store, or Google Play Services. This deliberate exclusion helps to restrict the installation of third-party applications from these platforms, thereby enhancing device security and preventing unauthorized software from being introduced.
What screensharing solution are you using?
FlatFrog proprietary screen sharing technology developed specifically for interactive displays. Includes FlatFrog Zero latency technology and support for InGlass touch and writing tools. Supported protocols are Miracast and AirPlay.
Do I need WiFi for screensharing?
Yes, you need a WiFi capable computer, but you do not need a connection to the internet. You can also connect a computer to HDMI/USB and use the meeting window.
What displays are supported?
