How to Access Log Files

Help us help you when contacting us for support. Send us the app log files so we can investigate your issue.

  1. Open the Windows Explorer app.
  2. In the Address Bar, copy the link address below and paste it in Windows Explorer as shown in the image:
    %localappdata%\Packages\FlatfrogLaboratoriesAB.FlatFrogAgile_dxy9dgzn6g4s8\LocalState\Logs

  3. Copy the files in this folder and send them to us at support@flatfrog.com in addition to your account information and app version (found under Settings in the Menu).

    If the file size is greater than 25 MB you will need to compress the folder to a .zip file. Instructions available below.

How to Compress a Folder to a .zip File

  1. Select the items in the Logs folder.
  2. Right-click to bring up the menu and navigate down to 'Send to'.
  3. Select 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.
  4. A .zip file will be created and named after one of the two files included.
