How Do I Test the Touch Display for Inking Problems?
The test procedure is described in the article
- Signup and Download the FlatFrog Board App.
- Load the template attached to the article.
- Using the Pen that came with the display, draw one continuous line without lifting the pen as shown below. Do not press down on the Pen. The Pen should be pressed against the glass as if you were drawing with chalk or dry eraser markers - no harder than that.
- If there are any breaks in the line, send the picture of the results to your display supplier, dealer or AV Integrator.
- Touch screens on mounts and stands should always be 100% level without any tilt.
