How to Configure Your Network Firewall or Proxy Server to Allow FlatFrog Board for Rooms and FlatFrog Board Personal
If your app is having difficulty connecting to our servers for whiteboarding, license registration or remote collaboration we recommend you check your network connection, firewall settings, or security settings.
We recommend that you use a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) rather than IP addresses to configure your firewall to allow FlatFrog Board for Rooms and FlatFrog Board personal.
